PDT Offers Rewarding Work and Continuous Learning.

When you join our team:

At PDT, our mission is for you to feel supported and valued so you have everything you need to provide consistent Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy to positively impact the lives of children and their families.

At Pediatric Developmental Therapy we know:

Your education, growth and goals don’t stop when you walk through our doors. Every employee receives individualized mentorship and professional development opportunities. Your continued growth and inspiration results in the best care for patients.

Collaboration isn’t a tagline; it’s a necessity. We must meet families where they are and the best way to make a positive impact in a child’s life is to ensure that everyone in that child’s life is on the same page.

A healthy work-life balance allows you time to recharge so you can provide continued high-quality care. To support work-life balance we provide allocated time on your schedule for paperwork.

Great benefits (which we have) mean little if you don’t have personal time to make appointments. Every Friday is a half day. You need to be able to care for yourself, so you can continue to care for others.

It’s not about chasing the latest trend. We have provided trusted, quality care for nearly three decades and we need dedicated therapists like you to join our team.
